MyTime Child Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
MyTime is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child grooming, child trafficking, sextortion, or any activity that exploits, endangers, or harms minors.
We prohibit the use of MyTime's voice calls, video calls, paid chats, stories, live, spaces, messaging features, profiles, usernames, images, recordings, or any other functionality for activities involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use MyTime to:
- Create, upload, transmit, store, share, request, advertise, or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Groom, manipulate, entice, or coerce a minor for sexual purposes.
- Engage in sexual conversations with minors.
- Solicit, facilitate, promote, or arrange sexual activity involving minors.
- Engage in sextortion, blackmail, coercion, or exploitation of minors.
- Traffick, advertise, recruit, or exploit minors in any way.
- Misrepresent age to interact inappropriately with minors.
- Use MyTime services to facilitate illegal activity involving children.
Any violation of these standards may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
MyTime strictly prohibits CSAM.
CSAM includes, but is not limited to:
- Images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
- Videos depicting sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Computer-generated or manipulated content that sexually depicts minors.
- Links, references, or instructions intended to facilitate access to CSAM.
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, MyTime will take appropriate action, including:
- Immediate removal of content where applicable.
- Account suspension or termination.
- Preservation of relevant evidence where required by law.
- Reporting to appropriate law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities when required by applicable laws.
4. Age Restrictions
MyTime is not intended for individuals below the minimum age permitted by applicable law.
Users must provide accurate information regarding their age during registration and while using the platform.
MyTime reserves the right to:
- Restrict access to underage users.
- Request age verification.
- Suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misrepresenting age.
5. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
MyTime provides mechanisms for users to report:
- Child exploitation concerns.
- Inappropriate communications involving minors.
- Suspected grooming behavior.
- CSAM or suspected CSAM.
- Any conduct that may endanger a child.
Users can report concerns through:
- In-app reporting features.
- User profile reporting tools.
- Support channels provided by MyTime.
Reports are reviewed and prioritized according to their severity and potential risk.
6. Enforcement Actions
Where violations are identified, MyTime may:
- Remove offending content.
- Suspend accounts.
- Permanently ban users.
- Restrict access to platform features.
- Report incidents to relevant authorities.
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
MyTime reserves the right to take immediate action where child safety is at risk.
7. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
MyTime is committed to complying with applicable child protection laws and regulations.
Where required by law, MyTime may cooperate with:
- Law enforcement agencies.
- Child protection organizations.
- Regulatory authorities.
- Organizations responsible for investigating child exploitation and abuse.
MyTime will maintain procedures for handling reports involving suspected child exploitation and abuse.
8. User Safety Features
To help maintain a safe platform, MyTime may implement:
- User reporting tools.
- Account blocking features.
- Moderation and review processes.
- Abuse detection and monitoring mechanisms.
- Identity verification measures where appropriate.
- Enforcement procedures for policy violations.
These measures may evolve as the platform grows and as regulatory requirements change.
